Welcome to Sujin Baek’s Primary Care Clinic, where your health and well-being are our top priorities. I am Sujin Baek, AGACNP, the owner and sole provider of this clinic. Located in the heart of Aurora, Colorado, we serve the local community with dedication and care.

With an educational background from Seoul National University in South Korea and Columbia University in New York, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. My professional journey includes extensive work in emergency rooms, primary care clinics, and nursing homes.

Our clinic offers a wide range of medical services, ensuring that you receive all the care you need under one roof. We specialize in the management of chronic diseases, including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. Leveraging my emergency room experience, I am also well-equipped to handle urgent sick cases that may arise. Additionally, we provide women’s health exams, including pap smears and vaginitis cultures. With a full-time Medical Assistant (MA) on staff, we can perform in-house blood work, cultures, EKGs, and other essential medical services.
